Our history
Our success story began in the 1990s as an IT system service provider with the mission to digitally connect the point of sale. Close relationships with customers and partners laid the foundation for developing an innovative POS solution—with a passion we still uphold today.
Milestones of IT RELATIONS (selection):
- 1991: Founding of IT RELATIONS in Mainz
- 2012: Development of the ITR POS solution for renowned bakeries to enable efficient workflows in stores and back office
- 2019/2020: One of the first providers to create the digital receipt to comply with the statutory receipt obligation
- 2021: Acquisition by ALVARA — the expert for cloud POS solutions in retail
- 2024: Became part of the YUVENDA Group — another milestone in our growth journey
